Happy St. Patrick’s Day

Every year I get excited about St. Patrick’s Day because I have a secret love of Corned Beef and Cabbage. Something about eating it is so comforting. Warm, robust, home cooked goodness. I’ve rubbed off on my kids because even they get excited about it. Even my 1 year old daughter keeps squawking at me for more. Holidays are filled with photos and food in our household. So Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. Even though I’m not Irish. At least I don’t think I am.
