Yesterday I had the honor of photographing my friend Rachel’s 13 day old great-niece Gracyn. Gracyn was blessed into the loving arms of her mommy Catherine and daddy Matt through adoption. Just in time for Christmas!

rachel - ingrid, i can’t thank you enough for photographing my niece and her family. this means so much to me and i know it means the world to them. having you capture these first moments as a family is such a gift. the images are even more beautiful than i imagined them to be. the black and white triptych took my breath away.
your talent is obvious, but also knowing that you with your beautiful heart and amazing smile were the one to be there to create this for them…that is priceless.
